I have installed the drivers for the SMS Modem and the OS recognizes the modem. Within Host Monitor under Options\SMS Modem the modem is listed on the correct com port. When I click on test I receive the error of "SMS Error: Class not registered". What do I need to do next? Thank you. |

What exact version of HostMonitor do you use?
What exact Windows do you use? Service Pack?
What account do you use to start HostMonitor? We recommend to start HostMonitor under admins account.
Is HostMonitor started as a service or as an application?
Did you see any error messages during installation process?
To fix the problem, you open command prompt, go into HostMonitor folder and should execute the following command:
Code: | regsvr32 KSGsmXLib.ocx |
KSGsmXLib.ocx is located in HostMonitor folder.
