|
|
My apologies if this has been answered, but I can't seem to find any official word on it...
The new web interface does not work well in IE 10/11, that point has been made obvious, but is there plans to support it in the future? Or will this only support other browsers moving forward?
We like the fact the old web interface is still available, but I am sure this will eventually go away so want to see what our options are moving forward.
Thanks in advance.

What do you mean "The new web interface does not work well"?
New WebService interface should work well on IE 11.
Looks like your browser selects some compatibility mode (IE7-IE9) for Web Service.
Try to disable IE compatibility mode or change it to IE10 or Edge. |

There is unofficial update www.ks-soft.net/download/hm988.exe
(I don't know if your license allows update, so please make backup copy before update)
This version forces IE to use "edge" mode.
Does it work on your system?

Disabling Compat View fixed the problem and now it shows up correctly. Thank you very much for the help. |
