need to monitor disk queue length (read/write) for a fiber channel unit that is attached. when using the wmi explorer browsing to Win32_PerfFormattedData_PerfDisk_LogicalDisk Class it only shows data for the C: drive (boot drive in computer), it does not show any of the fiber channel drives. If you go to the machine and pull up the performance console, they show up there, as well as in explorer, and Dick management
we are not tied to WMI SNMP is fine also if some one know the path to use.
wmi monitoring of fiber channel hard drive
Do you mean Windiws Performance monitor shows \PhysicalDisk(<disk number>)\Current Disk Queue Length counter for this drive?
Then HostMonitor should be able to check it as well. Have you tried to setup Performance Counter test method using the same counter?
What Windows do you use? Service Pack?
HostMonitor version?
Test is performed by HostMonitor directly or you are using RMA (Remote Monitoring Agent)?

we were able to get the information using the performance test rather than WMI
thanks for your prompt response, like always.
but here is the information that you requested,
it is RMA
