| It seems Microsoft admits to spikes UPTO 100% but not exceeding it.
My servers are all on US patches so that should not affect me. |

| Simple monitorintg of dual 1.8g CPU (Dell Poweredge 2500 Servers) shows greater than a 100% utilization .. i.e. 128%, 132%..etc.
I have 3.19 version of Hostmonitor. Any ideas ? |
