Tests

How does HM perform test, if they are set up to be checked every 10 minutes?
Does it performe all test simultaniously, or does it do some kind of "load balancing" not to create to much network traffic?

HM has option: "Don't start more than [N] tests per second". This parameter defines how many tests per second the program can start.
