Hi,
I will test a intranet-site. (Our URL is http://concentranet/)
When I use the URL test => no problem
When I use the HTTP test => always bad.
When I use the advanced/test button, I've these results:
Test status: bad
Error code: 302
Error msg: Object Moved
I'll use the HTTP test because I'll use more specific parameters.
I've no problems with www sites.
Any ideas ?
Regards,
Gert

Some extra info:
The error is caused by a redirection.
When I use the 'realy' URL (or flag folow redirect), I've an access denied error:
Test status: Bad
Error code: 401
Error msg: Access Denied
It seems I've these error on all of our intranetsites. (but no problems with URL test) I did some tests with basic authentication, but the problem remains.
Regards,
Gert

Did you try to enable "Follow redirect" option?

Yes I did.
But in fact, my problem is an "access denied" error, while I've no problem with URL test.
Is there a difference in security between a URL and a HTTP test ?
Regards,
Gert

Theoretically tests should work in the same way. Can I somehow rich your server for testing?

No, I think that's impossible.
Can I give you some other information ?
I test some different intranet sites on different servers, but all have a "access denied" error, only with the HTTP test.
When I reach these sites with IE (from the HM box), I can reach these sites without problems.
Are there other settings I can try ?
Regards,
Gert

May be IE configured to use some proxy server?
Could you try to make HTTP request using any telnet client? Just connect to port 80 and type something like "GET myserver/mypage.htm HTTP/1.0". What answer you get from server?
