Variable Acknowledgement can't by used

Hi all

When I use the variable for acknowlegement they won't be used.
Here a example I use as a GS: %testname% mail (GS = good status)

Acknowleged at: %AcknowledgedAt%
Acknowledged by: %AcknowledgedBy%
Acknowlege comment: %AckComment%
*******************************************

All variable are working except the acknowledgement one. Of course the bad test has been acknowledged
Does anybody of you have an idea why?

We cannot reproduce the problem. Everything works fine.
Please check your settings or send your configuration files to support@ks-soft.net (HML file with tests and all *.LST files from HostMonitor directory)

As we see "achnowledged" variables used in 1 mail template "Mail to SD GS" but this template is not assigned to any action. Also there is no action assigned to "Test buevi0009 c$".
So you should not get any alerts at all...

May be you are running several instances of HostMonitor and you send us wrong configuration files?

Then we assigned correct alert profile to the test you are using and everything started to work fine. HostMonitor assign correct values to the variables and send e-mail with necessary data.
