|
|
Hi,
we saw this /much/ more times than today.
If one edits a test that is in alert state (with alert action "Change test interval" actually have being fired) the (main/regular) alert interval is set to the 'new test interval'.
Please fix.
Thank you!
P.S. I dunno howto explain.
Say test interval is 1:00 min, action is to set interval to 0:01min. When editing the test (while in error state) 00:01 is set as (regular) test interval. |

Its not a bug, its by design. HostMonitor will be able to restore interval if you are using appropriate action.
But probably you are right, this can be changed...

There is update for version 9.32 www.ks-soft.net/download/hm932f.zip
If you are using version 9.32, you may unzip files and replace hostmon.exe and rcc.exe modules.
Here Test Properties dialog shows test interval ignoring changes applied by "Change test interval" actions.
If you modify test interval or schedule mode (e.g. switch from regular to irregular schedule) using Test Properties dialog, HostMonitor will change test interval right away. Otherwise it can be restores by "Change test interval" action in "Restore original value" mode.
