ssh test crypto engine error cannot load libeay32.dll

crypto engine error cannot load libeay32.dll the specified module could not be found.

hostmonitor server is 2003 32 bit
rma server is 2003 64 bit
running as a service
firewall turned off on both
copied ssleay32.dll and libeay32.dll to the sub-directory that contains the rma files as well as system32.

have setup the profiles/connection manager for this server.

all other test I have setup on the remote are working CPU, SNMP, services.

ssh test is the one causing the error.

Have you restarted RMA?
Copying ssleay32.dll and libeay32.dll to RMA folder should be enough.
RMA is running as Application or as Service?
If RMA is started as Service, could you please check RMA location using Windows Service applet (services.msc)?
