Just implemented a webhook session into our Teams channel and checked the documentations so far but i can't find something about how i can use the teams feature like "highlighting" or the @mention feature?

@mention feature - sorry, no such option yet.
highlighting? Bold, italic and other styles?
Enable "Markdown formatting" option (Action Properties dialog) and use special tags in the message (e.g. *bold text*)
