I have a couple of computers setup in Workgroup and I'm trying to use AHM(AHM is installed in domain)to monitor drive space on these remote computers. I've used either UNC and Drive Space method, but both are given me the same unknown status result. I can map the drive to these remote computers from AHM. All computers are running windows 2000 Servers.

Any idea?

Thanks

Andy

We are monitoring many machines in workgroups successfully...but not without a few hiccups here and there. First, you'll need to supply the local admin credentials of the workgroup server for each test and probably stop\start the hostmonitor service. I have noticed that when I add a new username and password in hostmonitor that I have not used before that it does not seem to register until I restart the application.

We just went through a large password change recently and this happened for each new username\password combo that we used. If it had not been used before for any test in hostmonitor after adding it we needed to restart the services.

Hope this helps,
Mark
