Is it possible to specify a header/footer include for the log files?
Or is there a template which can be edited?

Oh, and while I am asking, is there a way to export/transport colour schemes to another installation of HostMonitor?

For the logs? No

Stop HostMonitor (destination) and copy "Palettes.lst" file from origin.
