I'm wondering if one could create a seperate tool that just monitors all incoming connection requests and their IP's and does a DNS lookup and attempts to plot the x/y/z co-ordinates on google maps?
I've been looking for a small program to monitor incoming and outgoing connections and their ip addresses to find out which IP's I should be blocking.
Is there any good programs out there like that?
Just IP address monitoring + mapping?
Our IP-Tools can monitors all incoming connection requests and their IP's and record data into log file. However it cannot plot the x/y/z co-ordinates on google maps.
There is VisualRoute application that can work with map

May be it can work with log files (take addresses from text file and display location on the map). I am not sure...
