Is there anyway to export statistics into some kind of file thru a script?

Statistics? Do you mean "Alive%", "Dead%", "Passed tests", "Total time" and other counters?
Yes, you may use DBF report to create a file with information about each test. DBF files can be imported by many DBMS, Windows has standard ODBC driver for DBF tables.
Report generation can be initiated by schedule, started as "Generate report" action or called from HM Script.
