Hello, we have purchased the 600 user version and are running it to monitor 60 servers over Europe.
We use diskspace check, services and Pings.
Some days ago all servers in the other countries could not be seen anymore within host monitor. On the network everything was fine. Also diskspace worked fine.
The Belgian servers also worked fine ( ok status ), the other servers gave No Answer.
Because a ping doesn't need any user accounts and some servers can be seen, we don't understand the problem.
When we load a older profile ( with less servers in the list ) everything works well.
Anyone any idea ?

As I understand failed only Ping tests for servers located in other countries? I think reason for this can be high network traffic. ICMP echo packets has lower priority than TCP packets, that's why sometimes (when traffic is high) all TCP services still works but ping does not. On the other hand may be you have small timeout for ping tests (e.g. 1-5 seconds), TCP service usualy has much bigger timeouts.
