I'm trying to connect to a Linux RMA agent. I installed the agent on a Red Hat ES 3.0 server. The RMA manager resides on a Windows 2003 server. After attempting to create a new agent connection profile, test keep resulting in "cannot read data". The agent seemed to install successfully on the Linux server. I'm using port 1055 (default) for communcation. Any help here appreciated.

Probably wrong password.
Please check "Failure audit log", default name of the log file "log_err.txt"

Alex

BTW: Is there any firewall between RMA Manager and the agent?

The password is correct, and there is no firewall between the host system and the Linux server. They are even on the same VLAN, so no routers are in between them.
