Log Analyzer not showing the statistics

we were running HM 1.3, and for some reason, when I go into Log Analyzer, either loading a file in, or dipslaying for a template, the top-right "frame" displays nothing. I thought that upgrading to HM 3.30 would fix this but to no avail.

Has anyone seen this behaviour, and how to fix it?

My mistake, it is the top LEFT panel that is not showing the statistics.

I think reason for the problem system read error that you have, Windows cannot read part of the exe module. Try to use system utility chkdsk with command line parameter "/R" (Locates bad sectors and recovers readable information). If you use Windows 9x/ME, use scandisk utility. Or reinstall HM on different location.
