Hello, i need know some questions.

We have hostmonitor enterprise licensed, and we go to implement RMA, for 100 servers remotes.

Now, I need a bussines cases, for that approbal me the buy of 100 licenses of RMA, and install it in 100 servers remotes.

Do you help me, with this?... i need differences of HP Opticview, BMA or Tivoli with respect hostmonitor. so bussines case!!..

they approved me the purchase but i need to know this because they will wonder because I chose hostmonitor and non opticview, etc.

Not sure I understand the question. You need to explain why you have chosen HostMonitor? H'm.. everybody has different needs. I assume HostMonitor fits your needs better than other products.
