Is there a way to install rma onan ia 64 architecture?

Are you talking about "RMA for Windows" or for "RMA for Unix"?
For windows you may use current 32-bit version. It should work fine.
Unfortunatelly, we do not have binary modules for Unix on IA64. What exact Unix/Linux do you use? If you provide us access to your unix system, we can compile the agent for you. Also we can send you the source code and you will be able to compile the agent by your self.
