I do not think it's possible. And, actually, what for do you need to remove account? On the forum you utilized your nick, so nobody knows your name, address, etc. Beside that, there are many topics you participated, that could be helpful for other customers. If you like, we can change your nick and other info, but we definitely will not remove account.

It's a pity. But what can I say? Every software has its pros and cons.

You have used software for a year. It works without problems, right? Then you become disappointed just because you want to get version 8 of the software at no cost while your 12 months "free updates" period has been expired?
If that is really important for you, sure we can spend some more time and remove your posts from this forum...
