Hi,
I'd really like to be able to see the 95th percentile of data in the log analyser.
It's a fairly standard thing in my line of work and would save me a lot of time having to hack the data and calculate it myself manually.
To give an example, look at bandwidth utilisation, I know we can already get the min, max and average, but the 95th percentile would be a much better metric to give an understanding of actual usage.
To produce it you basically take all of the points that have been recorded, rank them smallest to largest and then remove the top 5%, the very next number is the 95th percentile.
Is this something that you think you'd be able to look at? or possibly something that already exists out there but not communicated? |

Yes, I think we can implement such option.
I have added this task into "to do" list

Percentile should probably be flexible. For some measures 80th, or maybe even 60th percentile would be relavent. |
