Not alerting on RMA: Connection Error

Why am I not getting alerts on RMA: Connection Error? I seem to remember that we have been getting them.

Well, I do not see your settings.
May be you disabled all alerts?
May be you disabled "Treat Unknown status as Bad" test option?
May be you changed alerts settings... or may be HostMonitor is trying to start alert but fails.
