Two directorys to compare
I must compare two directorys how many Files (from today) are inside and is the number not equal it should make the status bad.

You may use two Count Files tests to count files in two different folders
and enable "Use Warning status if" option for one test with expression like the following:
'%SuggestedReply%'<>'%::Count Files 02::Reply%'
Count Files 02 - name of the second count files test.
On the other hand, you may use Shell Script test for custom tests.
