RCC can not load test list over vpn network

Hi,
I have since the update to KS Hostmon 12.32 (also with 12.30) the problem that we are not able to connet over the RCC over our dialin vpn network.

The IP range is allowed to connect.

After the login I got a Error windows from the RCC with no information and in the log I see the following:

[28.04.2020 07:51:55] Retrieving scripts... Ok
[28.04.2020 07:51:55] Retrieving schedules... Ok
[28.04.2020 07:51:56] Retrieving action list... Ok
[28.04.2020 07:51:56] Retrieving options... Ok
[28.04.2020 07:51:56] Retrieving test list... Error:
[28.04.2020 07:55:26] Disconnecting... not connected

Can you help me out here?

RCC version?
Timeout? Could you increase it?

The RCC Version is 7.32. I don't think that it is an timeout becaus the authentification works fast.

Of course authentication works fast, it needs to transfer less than 1KB of data.
While test list size can be 50 MB or 100 MB (yes, not all data need to be transferred but still, usually its much more than 1KB of data).

So I have to ask the same questions:
- what timeout did you set?
- can you increase it?

If this does not help, please send zipped HML file with tests to us (support @ ks-soft.net)

Ah ok I thought the timeout is only for the login process...
It was on 1 sec. After I raised it to 30 sec it is working again.
