Thanks, that did it. I didn't do the upgrade myself so I'm not sure. Actually I think the upgrade was from v6.51 or something to 6.82. Anyway, it works - thanks for your fast reply

We have an Enterprise License for AHM and have been using Webservice fine until upgrading from v6.80 to 6.82. Webservice and AHM running on the same dedicated server (Windows 2000 server o/s and no other apps installed there). Can connect remotely using IE and enter username and password OK but then...
