I was logged on as a admin, Tracked problem down to User Account Control. Right clicked file and "Run as Administrator" clicked continue and this worked ok.

Hello, We have just tried to install HostMonitor Agent 7.78 (also have tried the latest one on website) and can get the test etc running when the Active Agent is running as a Application. When we try to install it as a service though we get "cannot start servie control Manager. Access is Denied...
