Way too many alerts came and none concerning the process i'm interested in. Excluding all the other process seems like a lot of work (several dozens).. How to monitor specific process ?
Hi, what i would like to do is monitor specific process on remote server (Server 2003) and alert me when it uses more that say 50% of cpu ? It's Citrix application server and many instances of same process running, belonging to different users. Tried dominant process test - loads of false alerts came.

How to test if backup tape device is online
Hi everbody,
first post here. Hostmonitor is the latest enterprise version, backup soft is Veritas 9.1, backup device is Ultrium something (28 tape slots).
Constant pain, right now the problem is as the headline states, media is offline.
Any tests that could alert me about this ?
