The both RMAs have the setting Backup only and in the wireshark log we saw tests performed by the normal server.
Anyway it works now. Thanks for the tip!

RMA: 301 - Timeout on SNMP tests
Hi! we are experiencing "RMA: 301 - Timeout" on our SNMP tests to check Dell's global system state and system temperature of our hardware servers. We set the time out to 2500 but upon repeating the test instantly fails/times out again. After 3-4 retries the global system state/temperature ...

RMA not connected
Hello, We got a Windows Server 2003 acting as an active RMA. This Server is connected via WAN to our HM. From time to time the (master-) ping-test returns RMA not connected. When using the RMA Manager (from HM server) the RMA is connected. Only manually restarting the service on the RMA will get a p...

Hello Alex It seems there are some discrepancies between the HM test-results and a normal ping.exe test-result. Below you see the same four tests from the RMA to servers and the result of the HM tests of the exact same moment: http://img440.imageshack.us/img440/8692/testqd.jpg These values are not p...

RMA pings over WAN instead of LAN
Hello! We have two geologically separated server-locations. The Hostmonitor-server is in one location and some of our servers are at the other. One of the "outside"-servers is an active RMA. In my understanding the RMA tests the servers for what we configured and reports back to the HM. We...
