Can Hostmon check incoming mail directly?
We use Hostmon (verison 8.82) and we wish to know if it is possible to check the actual arrival of an email into our system (say, to monitor a specific mailbox or our exchange server). Our externally sourced mail comes in on a VIP on our firewall and hits a server with MailMarshal installed. If it p...

We have checked the Hostmon account. It has fully administrative access, both locally and on the domian. The password and access rights have all been checked. I have been thinking about what could be causing this issue and I was thinking that perhaps: 1) Maybe the script needs to be run in compatibi...

Upgrading Hostmon: Can you transfer tests and use old RMAs?
We are looking to buy a new server and upgrade to the latest version of Hostmon.
I have a couple of question on that note:
- Can we export our current Hostmon tests (v7.5) to a file and import them into the latest version of Hostmon?
- Will old RMA agents work with the latest version of Hostmon?

The SIM card will send messages fine if it is in another phone. I have heard nothing from our Telco provider to indicate that their network is at fault. This leads me to believe that the problem is with the GSM modem. :-? We wish to replace it. Are we able to use ANY GSM modem with Hostmon or must i...
