I made a copy of the custom report we made, then deleted the first one and the constant update just stopped. We still don't know what is causing the report to update every minute though. Anyway, thank you for your help guys.

\\HostMonitorData\WebService\Authorized\db_View_Failed_WebExt_AutoRefresh.htm That's the location of the file where it gets updated every minute. Is that related to the webservice program? We ran the program which is located in "C:\Program Files (x86)\HostMonitor\WebService\webservice.exe"...
