Hi, no it is not how I had it setup, but it does work how you described. My manager would like to confirm that the Host Monitor service needs to be running as a administrator in order to work correctly.

PowerUser operator should have enough rights to check list of services. For other tests you need administrator rights (e.g. CPU Usage, Process tests). Can you provide what permissions the user account needs, that host monitor uses in order to see the services on remote systems?

Not sure I understand.
