for check used size of a volume, i do this check with d:\,include subfolders

on a spezial volume are a lot of files > 500.000, so HM returns with a error: unknown / rma connot read data

on volumes with less files -> it work's

i think the reason is a timeout, what can i do

Yes, its timeout issue. Simply increase timeout specified for the agent
