After a survey on monitoring softwares, my company will buy soon a full Hostmonitor software.
We are doing now some tests with a demo version.
We have installed a RMA Windows on a server.
The RMA is manageable from RMA Manager. The RMA is fonctionning as a service. The tests are well performed by HM.
All is working fine until we close the current session on the server console (the session we used to install the RMA). For this moment the HM console does'nt find anymore the RMA.
Is this a normal behaviour of the RMA, demo version or have we not understood something ?

It looks like RMA service is not started and RMA works as application only.
Or probably service is started but it was started after you started application. In such case service could not open TCP port (that is in use by application) and could not receive requests from HostMonitor.
Please check status of the service, NT Event Log and file "log2.txt" in RMA's directory. Any error messages?
