HM Service

I'm running HM 3.4 under W2K Server with SP3.
The problem is that if I logon in a terminal session everything seems alright. If I start Hostmonitor Application it suddenly starts sending e-mail, with all failed testst.

My question is does HM Service also send mail if an test fails ? Or do I have 2 start the application first ?

I think HM Service sends e-mails as well (if this behavour specified by settings). You just do not see anything because service cannot interract with desktop on remote system, service can use local desktop only.
You can enable "Record info about seccessful/failed actions" options (located on Advanced Logs page in the Options dialog) and check log file to be sure HostMonitor service works properly.
