Hello.

I am having a hard time understanding how the mailer function works/how to set it up.

My goal is to send email notifications to a specified email address (which will actually be a public folder in Outlook). I cannot find where to specify to whom the email is being sent. I can only locate the mail server used to send it.

I would like have HM send alerts from a specified server or email address to a specified address. Is this possible? If not, what can I accomplish with the Mailer?

I believe I have found my answer in "Action Profiles".

Yes, you may use different destination addresses for different "Send e-mail" actions.
Also you may use macro variables
