Test time remains at zero

In several tests we use the feature to "Set new test interval" after a bad condition occurs. In most cases we cut the time by 50% to get a quick overview (especially when performing tests with 10 min or longer). As you can calculate the interval becomes shorter and shorter as long as bad conditions are present. In same cases it turns to zero and remains there even if the problem is solved. Of course we use the "Reset to originl value" feature after the GOOD condition occurs. We are using Version 3.51

Why do you use "Repeat: until status changes" option for this action? Use "Repeat: 1 time" and HostMonitor will change test interval just once.

Ok, that solves the problem that the test time has a value of zero, BUT the problem why the original value isn't restored is still present.

Unfortunately I don't see your settings. Could you send your HML file and all *.LST files?

Problem caused by restrictions those are used for "Restore time interval" action.
1) "Restore test interval" action depends on bad "Send e-mail" action (what the reason?)
2) you use time restriction for "Restore test interval" actions (Monday-Friday, Day). If test fails at 20:55, HostMonitor decrements time interval. If test becomes "alive" at 21:05, HostMonitor will not restore time interval because you set time restriction.
I don't think you need these restrictions.
