All questions related to installations, configurations and maintenance of Advanced Host Monitor (including additional tools such as RMA for Windows, RMA Manager, Web Servie, RCC).
We had to reload our Host Monitor server and reinstall Host Monitor. I was able to recover all the files and everything has come back up fine. I re-entered the registration code and restarted Host Monitor.
According the to Help -> Licensing information we are licensed for something like 20000000 tests, but by far most of them are now coming back with the message "license limit" even after the restart and even after a system reboot.
How can I get those test to start working again? Reset / refresh of all tests did not help either.
"License limit" error means you use more RMA than allowed by our license. Regular "Enterprise" license includes 10 RMA licenses. However, it's possible to purchase additional RMA licenses.
You may use "RMA Manager" to find out the number of RMA you use and remove some or them.
I checked RMA Manager and found out that it was not (re) registered so I registered it, closed it, and restarted it. I do not see any numbers indicating how many RMA agents we're licensed for but whatever t he case, it's allowing far fewer than it did before the reinstall.
Terry,
If you ordered Advanced HostMonitor license and then you ordered additional RMA licenses, we sent 2 set of registration codes (for 1st order, then for 2nd).
Please make sure you are using correct (latest) registration code for HostMonitor that manager RMA licenses as well.
