Hi,
I just read the news and the improvements with RCC (8.32) - so I have done an update.
When I now connect with the RCC to the HM and got to a huge view with about 1.500 test items, the rcc.exe will take 50 % from the CPU and hangs up. So I can only kill the process.
The client is a Windows XP SP3. Do you have any ideas?
Thanks,
Martin
Problem with RCC and large views
We cannot reproduce the problem.
Yes, RCC and HostMonitor can use a lot of CPU resources when you have several thousand items in one folder/view however as we see software needs just about 5 sec to show 5000 test items (Windows XP SP3, somewhat old Interl Centrino).
Could you please send your configuration files (HML + LST and INI files) to us?
Regards
Alex
