RMA 301: Could not connect to specified Computer.(offline)

Hi all,

the problem is as follow. We have two location with several servers. The connection between this locations works via internet.
We are using the Hostmonitor in version 8.28. on a virtual server (Location 1). OS ist Windows Server 2003 Standard edition with SP2. The RMA Agent is installed on a physical Server (Location2). OS is Windows Server 2003 Standard edition with SP2. The test are working on this Server. I can see the results from the physical server at Location 2 in the Host Monitor at Location 1. But from the other Servers at Location 2 the Host Monitor only gets unknown status when you try to run the Perf counter test available RAM. The Agent couldnt connect correctly?
Other tests are working fine.

Hi,

What message can you see in the "Reply" field of that Perf counter test ?

Yes, please check what exactly error description is displayed in Reply field of the test.
Also, make sure RMA is started under admin account.
Other tests are working fine.
Does CPU Usage or Process test work?
