"Unregistered Verision" after upgrading RMA-Licens

"Unregistered Verision" after upgrading RMA-Licens

Hello,

I purchased a RMA-Update of 10 additional licenses. When I enter Name and Key in HostMonitor, the dialog says "Thank you for registering. Please, restart the program." After restarting all Agents return "license limit" and when I look at the license again it says "Unregistered Version".

When I try to enter Name and Key in RMA-Manager I get the message "You have typed an incorrect registration number or name!".

I guess I am doing something wrong.
