Hi all,
I had a look to the attach file option in the alerting options within hostmonitor.
The only thing that I miss, or don't find is how to attach a file that is in the filesystem of an active RMA that run the test.
My problem is that we are running hostmonitor through firewalled network segments with RMAs and I need to add additional information to a test thats run as "external programm".
Thanks for you help.
Regards,
Stefan

thanks for you reply.
Is it planed to build such a function or make RMAs able to send the alert mails? - Working with sendmail is not the prefered solution to deploy it easyly.

One option would be I think to run an other external program on the RMA as result for the BAD reply, was this possible? - Don't have access to the system right now.

However you may use our SendMail utility that is included into IP-Tools package (or some other 3rd party utility) and "Execute external program" action that can be performed by RMA

Note: in such case IP-Tools should be installed as well and registered under user account that is used for RMA.
