Unattended installation and configuration

Hi,

I need to create a configuration and deploy it automatically as part of server installation.

How can I do it?
How to export the configuration including test, profiles, alerts etc?
How to install Host Monitor and import the configuration automatically?
Is it posibble to create tests and configure alerts with CLI?

You may easily copy/backup/restore configuration files: just copy all *.HML, *.LST and *.INI files from HostMonitor folder and subfolders.
However we cannot recommend "automatic" installation and registration of the software. You should register applications manually.

Is it posibble to create tests and configure alerts with CLI?

You can configure test items using specially formatted text file

Such file can be imported manually, using telnet client, HM script, some action...
The only way to change alert settings - use GUI
