Restart Service - Win2k3

I have a need to restart a service on a Win2k3 server every hour (due to a software bug). I'm using the "Check Service" test in Hostmon with an Alert Profile that has "restart service" set for both good and bad action. This worked once, the first time only. Every hour after that it just seems to see the service as up and does nothing. Any ideas as to why this would fail or perhaps another way to do it?

If you need just restart Service every hour, you may setup simple "ping 127.0.0.1" test with one hour period, then setup "Good" alert profile with option: Repeat until ststus changes

If you want to start action after each test execution, you should use "Repeat until status changes" option for this action.
What "Repeat" option do you use?
