What test methods show this error? Something like Process, CPU Usage, Service?
You may check is correct account information specified in "Connect as" parameter of these tests.
If "Connect as" parameter is not used, check Connection Manager settings
Please check the manual or visit our web site for more information
http://www.ks-soft.net/hostmon.eng/mfra ... htm#conmgr
Also, if HostMonitor is started as service, check account specified on Service page in HostMonitor Options dialog.
May be correct account is specified but this account was locked for some reason?
You may check security event log on target systems to verify this...
Regards
Alex

Hi,
The tests are disk tests we have several servers and only a few of them are showing this error the ping tests are still all ok.
I have checked the connection manager there are no passwords stored there which is strange as some servers still conect without a problem.
one of the servers even has a cpu test running which is fine but the disk test fails (i have checked the physical space and it should pass the test)

Well, some tests may work because other applications established connection but you should not count on this. You should provide correct account information using Connection Manager (recommended way) or "Connect as" test property.I have checked the connection manager there are no passwords stored there which is strange as some servers still conect without a problem.
