URL test - Parsing CRL file

Hello
I want to configure our hmonitor to be able donwnload crl file and check the specific field inside the crl file.
For example:
http://fedir.comsign.co.il:80/crl/Isa.crl
I want to be sure that the "effective date" field is newer then 30 minutes and get alerted in case the time is older then 30 munutes..
Tried to configure url test with no luck.
Can you help ?

I don't think HostMonitor can do this...

I'll try to use custom shell script method instead...
