Hello,
I am currently running Host Mon V 8.80 in a production environment and would like to upgrade to 9.10.
Is there any documentation out there which explains the upgrade process?
Basically, I am looking for a list of steps to follow during the upgrade.
Also, I feel more comfortable backing up the environment beforehand...would that just entail backing up the .hml?
If the upgrade were to fail...is a rollback possible?
Thanks in advance!

It is always good idea to have backup copy of configuration files (ALL *.INI, *.LST and *.HML files in HostMonitor folder and subfolders).
Upgrade process is pretty simple:
1. Check if your registration codes are valid for new version (menu Help -> Update check... )
2. If your codes are not valid, you may request new ones at sales@ks-soft.net
3. Download new HostMonitor version at:
http://www.ks-soft.net/hostmon.eng/downpage.htm
4. Start installation using "Upgrade/Repair" option.
then replace all configuration files (ALL *.INI, *.LST and *.HML files) from your backup.
