WebService missing entries

Post by Stefan »

Hello,

I have a problem with WebService.

I created two users in HostMonitor who has separate access to their own home folders only.
(see "Home folder" section in "Operators window"
Option: -> The following folder only ...)

And I created a third user who has access to all foldes in any HML list.
(Option: -> All folders in any HML list)

All three users have no user rights configured.

If I login with any users above into WebService, it can be that WebService shows me not all
test-entries which are into the home folder of the current user.
With RCC.exe client there are no problems and I can see all configured tests.

I noticed the missing entries by using the good-, bad-, warning- and unknown-hyperlinks at the top of the webservice content into webbrowser.

I did some restarts of HostMonitor-service and Webservice-service
but without success.

Can someone help me?

I use HostMontitor Version 9.22 and WebService Version 3.82 (newest versions)
At the moment there are 1500 active tests into HostMonitor configured.
I increased the "maximum simultanious RCI sessions" to 100, but without success.
(At the moment there is only one browser, which do connects to WebService)

Could you click "Preferences" link displayed on main page of web interface and check options located under "Display only tests that have following statuses" section?

WebService missing entries

Under the option "Display only tests that have following statuses" are almost all options ("Good", "Bad", "Unknown", "Warning", "WaitForMaster",
"OutofSchedule", "Paused", "Not tested" and "Disabled") set except of "Checking". "Checking" is unset.

By the way I noticed, that after a restart of the WebService-services the first user-login shows me all entries correctly.
But if I want to login with another user from another computer in parallel, then there are no entries at first!
After waiting some seconds, minutes... there will be more entries visible, but finally not all existing test-entries which I can see over RCC-client.
Perhaps this informations helps you to find anything.

Could you please send users.lst, hostmon.ini and wsuserprof.lst files plus some screen shots to support@ks-soft.net?
