i have a live client server running https website on it. i want to monitor url from my host monitor server..
my issue is that website is not accessible from outside of the client server (only browseable on client server due to client security policy)... so how can i monitor its url from my host monitor server... i am trying to monitoring url through agent but it throws an error tht agent doesnt support specified test..
any help.. ?

i have tried with both http and url request.. but it throws same error..
both Host monitor and Client server are windows 2003 server..and we are using RMA Agent 3.44 for windows--i dont know its passive or active RMA..how can i find? host monitor ver 4.86 licensed

HostMonitor 4.86 ? It's very old version.
URL request test is supported by RMA starting from version 5.00 Beta:
