Multiple Event Log Alerts

I need to monitor for Multiple different event log entries, Currently the software that we use for monitoring watches the event log and has a "watcher" for each even that we want to alert on. I would like to not have to create 8 or 10 separate tests for each system that I want to monitor.

I think may need to have 1 test for each different "action profile" but how can I monitor for multiple different event sources from a single test?

You may use wildcard for several event sources.
Quote from manual:

Also you may specify event source using * as wildcard at the end of the string. E.g. if you type "MsExchange*", HostMonitor will check for events produced by "MsExchangeIS", "MSExhange ActiveSync", "MSExchange ADAccess", etc

How about if I want to watch for Source DoubleTake and NTFS but no others?

In such case you need two NT Event Log test items.
