Windows 2008R2 sp1
Windows 2012
for example;
LogicalDisk\% Disk Time
PhysicalDisk\% Disk Time
I press the button "Get current value" and error appears.

That is correct behaviour.
You should specify instance for these counters.
E.g.:
\LogicalDisk(C: )\% Disk Time
\PhysicalDisk(_Total )\% Disk Time

OK, perfect.
Question: With remote computers (other sites connected by internet) I can not use it.
example:
HM agent in server2 (mexico) (controls OK: ping , CPU, memory, etc), but no Performance Counter.

What exactly Counter are you trying to monitor?
Performance Counter test is preformed by passive RMA, Active RMA or UNIX RMA?
What is test Status and Reply string?
